Print with your favorite preferences at the click of a button

Throughout the support centre you'll find help and ideas on how to get the most out of your product by using simple and effective options within your print driver. Some print preferences that you select in your driver may be simple -others may be tailored to a specific document. Either way, they both take time and when your in a rush to meet that deadline, every second counts!

You can cut time by saving your print driver preferences, enabling you to set all your preferences at the click of a button -no matter how tailored you make them.

1)File -Print

From within your application go to the file menu and then select print.

2) Properties

Select the your printer and then Properties

3) Preferences -Save

Choose your desired setting  e.g. 16-up Duplex

click Save under the driver setting option

4)Give your preferences a name

Choose a job name for you to remember your options (for example you may have chosen a few options to make your document photo-like so you may want to call it "photo print"). Click Ok, then Ok again.

This will save all the settings you have selected such as Media type, paper tray and colour settings. so next time you want to print with the same preferences you don't need to enter then all you just go File -Print -Properties and select the name that you gave your driver settings from the drop down menu and click Ok
