Save toner by using this simple but effective printing method
OKI Printing Solutions empowers you to print at an exceptionally high standard every time. But what if you just want to proof something? Or preview the layout in print and not just on screen? One look and then it's forgotten and probably at the bottom of your recycling bin. Don't waste toner when you don't need to, follow these simple steps to get the most, when you only need to use the least.
1) From the File menu go to Print- select your printer and then choose Properties
2) In the job options tab in the quality section select Draft (see Fig 1)
3) Select Ok then Ok again to print
